He began his career with the prestigious Incredible India campaign, where he introduced the initiative in Uttar Pradesh and successfully built its strong regional presence. He later brought Neesa Leisure Ltd. to the state and went on to spend nearly 20 years in the time-share business, where he gained deep expertise in hospitality and customer engagement.
Building on this foundation, he founded UP Heritage Tours Pvt. Ltd., which continues to deliver authentic, heritage-driven travel experiences. With his vision to highlight India’s spiritual and cultural richness, Mr. Bhardwaj also established Dharm Mitra Sanstha, an initiative exclusively devoted to Dharm Yatra (Tirth Yatra). Mr. Sanjeev Singh Rathore
Mr. Sanjeev Singh Rathore brings to Dharmamitra more than 25 years of distinguished experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Starting his career as a Sales Representative, he rose through the ranks to become an Associate Vice President (AVP) in reputed pharmaceutical companies—an achievement that reflects his perseverance, leadership, and business acumen.
Over the years, he has built expertise across sales, marketing, strategy, and team leadership, consistently driving growth and building sustainable business models in a highly competitive sector. His ability to lead large teams and deliver results with integrity and excellence has earned him recognition as a seasoned corporate leader.
